Stopped in to talk to owner about yoga. The owner, I think her name is Theresa, was so rude. I could not believe it!
I just wanted to ask a few questions and she did not want to show me around or answer any questions. She had flippant remarks to anything I asked. I thought we were still talking and she turned her back and walked away mumbling.
I predict that if this is her business model and marketing plan she will be living in her car soon, if she is not already doing so.
What a mean, nasty person. I am unable to understand how her attitude aligns with her business.

Teresa has always been a staple here in Flagstaff when it comes to hair, mind and body. Unlike the comment from Nancy, I have never had a negative experience with Teresa, her business, or her staff. Give this business a chance, you will not be disappointed.

I started doing yoga about 3 months ago. Been skeptical most of my life about the practice. This yoga Center is awesome. I'm learning about my body as I move through poses. The Yogi is not just some instructor with a certificate who knows nothing about anatomy or health. No no, this Yogi understands the anatomy, what each pose is designed to do spiritually, emotionally and physically, walking you through every step in detailed explanation. If you want to strengthen your body, learn about getting healthy or maintaining what you already know, then this is a place for you. If you want a positive and open spiritual journey where there is no judgment on your preference of worship style, maybe you need more direction in your spiritual journey, then this place is for you.
