Older location (Lindsay /Williamsfield)was a clean gym. Machines always available to use. Downside...they need to give breaks to couples who join together (especially those over 50yrs old), such as waiving the annual cost $39.99 for one person. We joined in Sept but was still charged the full year cost. We were charged another $39.99 in Jan 2018
Since they bought out Fitness works, they moved their location to the fitness works location on Williamsfield Plaza (next to Khols). Not crazy about the BIG gym, machine is a lot older. They finally moved some of the newer machines from previous location.

The staff is rude and the new color scheme makes it look like you just entered preschool. No thanks!
This place started as a plain-jane place to work out and then over time it decided to offer classes for different things. I found it harder to find equipment to work on and finally stopped going there to work out. However, it took me two years to stop my fees to Youfit, so I was paying their fees. Even getting out the door cost me another $10

I am a longtime member here in this location. love this place. Had Jim as my personal trainer for few months. He was superb.
I absolutely love their customer service here. I would recommend this gym to anyone. I was able to sign up for the personal trainer and the lead trainer is amazing! He was very helpful in showing me everything I needed. I ended up sadly having to cancel my personal training session and gym membership quickly after I joined because I moved to far away. They refunded most of my money without any issues. Was an easy process. I highly recommend them. The gym is easy to use, color coded equipment and suuuuuuuper clean.

Very clean gym, staff helpful with goals. Easy transition with plan changes.

I love this place, it's clean and everyone is friendly. I wanted an inexpensive gym with classes and I got exactly what I wanted in this gym. I highly recommend it.
