I always go to YouFit in the morning, but as the temperature reached 105 degrees, I decided to go at night and to my surprise, I found that at night they have the right person at the front desk.

Sabrina surely likes what she does because she knows how to be very kind and welcomes everyone with a sincere smile.

Finally, I could hear my own music as the ambient music was kept at a lower volume.

Third year at this gym, I try to go at my own pace and time. One needs to be self motivated to become regular. This gym is crowded.... not by many people but the treadmills like equipment lined up.

I love You Fit! I am impressed with the facilities, amenities and the lack of pressure from other members. I see people of all ages, shapes and sizes working out together in a relaxed atmosphere.

If you join, plan on paying the rest of your life. I cancelled in Aug 2018. They were still billing me in Nov 2018. Called to get money back and "manager" said I have to come in. I asked if I have to come in when manager was there or are evenings OK. Said any time. Came in at like 7 pm. They said that a manager has to be there to refund. They had me sign another cancellation form and manager would call me. 4 days go by, no call. Called in again and talked to manager. They said they would get it reversed and call me. Give it 2 - 3 days. It's not 5 days and no call.

I called back in last Wednesday and all of the managers had left. The guy was very nice and said that he would have Cindel the manager call me. It's now Tuesday and 5 and no call. So I called her. She suggested that I contact you as she was not getting response. Which is really lame that I have to argue with multiple people to get my money back.

Then they asked me to email corporate to follow up for them. No response.

I LOVE this gym!!! Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. ( Karla, Blake, Andrew, Trevor, Magdalena, Michael to name a few...Every time I come in they always welcome me with a smile and a high five! They always give me compliments about my progress and that encourages me to keep working out even harder. They know me by name! And honestly that makes me feel great, they make me feel like family! My personal trainer Rachelle is AMAZING!!! she is extremely nice, professional, organized, knowledgeable and super flexible, she always accommodates her schedule to fit mine, even if it's last minute. She is incredible, I LOVE her workouts, she makes them fun and effective, and her GPT classes are the bomb!!! She genuinely cares about her clients, you can tell that fitness is her passion and that's what a true personal trainer is all about. Plus all the classes at this gym are amazing, for example Denise's Commit dance class is so much fun, she is really nice and full of energy, you don't even feel like you are working out, you just dance, enjoy and get fit at the same time, it doesn't get any better than that! Club is clean and has a large variety of cardio equipment and machine weights. There are a decent amount of free weights as well.

Beware of the fraudulent tactics and scams this gym uses. Youfit bought out our long time gym. I pay for personal training and when I was almost out of sessions I was lured into the new Youfit personal training. Well long story short I was mis lead about how the program worked and what would happen while I was on an extended vacation. With sessions still remaining from my first package in April they charge my credit card for an additional 8 session in May. When we got home vacation and I realized that they had charged me again I contacted the trainer to find out way. At the time, June 15th, I was informed that regardless of how many sessions you have remaining they just keep charging your account monthly for 8 additional sessions every time. At that time I told him to cancel the package and to refund me for May. On June 17th I was told everything was sent to corporate including my request for a refund. Then on June 25th they charged my card AGAIN. At that point in time I had 20 training seasons. So on June 27th I go into the gym and request the package be canceled for the second time. I was told I was all set and wouldn't be charged again but that I need to use my session before they expire on September 25th (my sessions that Im charge for without my permission expire! Outrageous!. Again something that was never explained to me prior to buying my first package in April) Believing everything was all set I began using the 20 session I had. Low and behold l, today, July 25th my credit card was charged yet again! When I called and spoke with Blake (the manager) he informed me that there is a thirty day cancellation clause and that corporate said this would be the last charge. Scam artists at there best! I was previously informed that it was a 10 day cancellation clause and thus the reason they charge me on June 25 because my information was not sent to corporate until June 17th. These practices boarded on fraud! I plan on disputing this with my credit card company and we will be canceling our membership once all my training sessions are used up. I want no part of a company that scams their customers. They don't care about retaining long time customers. My family and I will spend our money elsewhere.

Now that this place is YouFit, it is a great gym. I had no issues with Fitness Works before. However, the equipment was aging and the cleanliness was in question. YouFit has turned the location around. All new equipment and staff that actively cleans the place.

This location has a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, classes, weights and cardio, dressing rooms, showers, lockers, TVs, WiFi, etc. Not sure what else this place really needs for $10 a month. No basketball courts, raquetball, etc as this location would be too small for that. The gym itself is a decent size, maybe on the smaller side compared to LA Fitness or EOS fitness.

The only issue that I see currently is parking in front is terrible. Hard to find a spot some days. There is parking in the back as well.

Mitigating MW's one-star review as it was not justified at all IMO.

I've been coming to this gym for a couple years now, and found the exact opposite to be true. The management in the beginning was fairly poor and unorganized, and full of distressed employees. Now that YouFit's taken over, things seemed to have changed for the better. Everything is a bit chaotic given the renovation process, but nothing to complain about.

It's pretty tough to find a gym in this area for $10/m that has a decent power rack available for usage. Kudos for not ripping off people, YouFit.

I swapped my $30/m membership (multiple locations) to $10/m (single location) with a small issue that was remedied within 15 minutes after bringing it up to the front desk employees. It seems they accidentally left my previous account open as I was still being charged for it (two charges went through on accident.) The staff was extremely helpful and resolved it, waiving my $10 fee in the process and refunded the two accidental $15 payments that I encountered with no issue. I was given paperwork in case the refunds didn't go through to prove the mishap.

Besides that, every employee I've met so far has been extremely friendly and non-judgmental to their members. They really seem to care about the health of the people coming in (obviously the personal trainers will exaggerate this a bit in means to try and rope you into personal training sessions, but there's nothing wrong with that as it's part of the business.)

Members have been respectful which is all you can ask for when pushing weights, which is nice, because I'm the kind of guy who would willingly backhand someone for making a snarky remark towards someone struggling instead of helping them out. Everyone seems to willingly respect the rules and get along well, too.

My only gripe is that people are god-awful at re-racking weights. They're often left on the ground and/or re-racked incorrectly... but this is something that happens at every gym, so it's a moot point. Yes, bro, we get that your time is precious and that you have to get to the club asap and can't take 30 seconds out of your life to properly re-rack your weights due to this... but come on, drop that big ego for once in your life and show some love to your fellow lifters for once in your life.

Its a $10 gym that does its job well. Not much else I can say.

Luckily I've had pretty good luck with his place. The equipment that I need works just fine and I don't get castle by anybody. Although I don't know her name, the girl that works the front counter during weekdays is great and very friendly. But whoever opens the gym on the weekends needs to be replaced! On countless occasions now 30, 40, 50 minutes will come and go after the gym was supposed to open and the doors still haven't been unlocked sometimes up to a dozen people outside waiting. The TVs are on the lights are on but the door's are locked.

I saw a review up above it said that the owner must either be totally ignorant or just not care as to what's going on at the gym. I'm starting to believe that. Because when you have a less than 3.0 rating on Google I have to believe that your not reading these reviews and addressing the issues accordingly. I just posted this review at 6:31 a.m. 31 minutes after the gym was set to open. 4-22-17

After I cancelled my membership with them they were still trying to charge me for my kids club membership. Their billing company was calling and asking for my 4 and 8 year old looking to collect a payment. Lucky for me I had already blocked them from getting a payment with my credit union. However when I went in to talk to someone they did get the problem solved.

The folks I work with at the front desk couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
I'm kicking myself for writing this, but the best part is there's no waiting in line for equipment or the pool. Great steam room, good sauna good hot tube. I've been a member of a ton of gyms in my travels and this is a little gem.

Me and my family have been the member of this gym for few years now. They have had some very good people taking care of the location and members. The new GM Reggie is remarkable guy. know the industry in and out and I am sure the club will improve a lot under his leadership!

Newly renovated facility. Pretty clean. Pool and sauna. Lots of classes. I have been a member here for almost 4 years and I have NEVER had any issues with being over charged. I just wish they would clean the floors in the class rooms more frequently, kinda gross to see hair balls swirling around on the floor during yoga..
