The coaching is SUPERB!!! Better than the other gyms nearby. They actually NO REP you!!! A lot of personal attention. Great for beginners and competitors. They cater to your specific needs. I guarantee if you try their free trial you will love it. Plus it's a clean and new facility..
I dropped into CrossFit Scorpion while I was in town on business. Chazz the head coach was leading the class and he was great at balancing having some fun and having a great workout. The facilities have everything you could as for as far as CrossFit specific equipment and the atmosphere was very friendly and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. If you on the fence with trying CrossFit for the first time I would give the people at CrossFit Scorpion a call.

Scorpion crossfit is the nicest Box I have ever been to. From my first day Chazz and Rob have been very welcoming. The coaching is amazing, you can tell that they are very passionate at what they do. From watching and giving advice up close to yelling ques across the room. They are very detail oriented when it comes to teaching. Regardless if you have never done crossfit before or if you are trying to make it to the games come and check this place out.
