I really enjoy going to this gym but sadly it's very difficult to get a hold of a trainer. Why is that??? At least someone to teach us how to use the equipment correctly. but it get very frustrating that a trainer is never available.

Great place to work out...monthly fee is very low. Gym is never crowded.

I love my PF! Great location and parking, friendly staff (even EARLY in the morning!). Always clean and we just got an all new equipment refresh.

If you like to go to a gym where the employees are dancing on treadmills and cussing while the manager laughs and records them, then this is the place to be. The manager also jumped on the counter while another employee filmed her. And no, it was not an April Fool's joke. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I am now working out at another gym.

I went in to cancel my membership and signed an electronic signature pad saying my membership was cancelled. I asked for a hard copy or a receipt saying my membership was cancelled, and was told I didn't need one it was all done. 17th of next month comes around and I'm charged my fee. I call the gym and they say they have no record of me cancelling my account. They also say there is no manager around so I should come the next day. I looked online and these are stalling tactics they have used on many people to get more money.
So I'm going there today, and I'm going to record myself cancelling my membership, get the name of the the employee cancelling on video, and demand a written notice of cancelled membership with a signiture on it.

1st thing i would say do not trust them with your money. I signed up with out agreement. When i signed up i paid with credit card. They asked my checking account number and said checking account just for security. You won't get charged unless your credit card works. They changed from my credit card for the 1st month. About 15 days later i went to the gym and canceled my membership. But the following month they charged from my chacking account 39 dollars and 10 dollars. When i asked why i got charged thay are like your cancellation didn't go through. If it didn't go through it shouldn't be my fault. But still i didn't get my money back. A lot of people don't chack there bill. That's how they steal money from people.

I love the convenience of the locations. I love the fact that you can find a cardio machine to work out on anytime of the day. I love the ab circuit. I love the massage chairs and aqua massage tables. I love that I can bring a guest with me anytime........ Planet fitness ROCKS!

Just finished another workout. Feels great! I had such an intense workout session at this gym. Pretty challenging. The guys always push you to your limit and everything is made to accommodate all your needs. Great experience! Nice and clean place and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend you to try cause it is worth it!

The machines are easy to adjust to my height and despite them being clean I appreciate the squirt of hand sanitizer on my way out. Great place for training. Love going to get my workout on.

Great place for someone who is looking to get back into shape. It has everything I need for a great work out at an affordable price. The customer service is terrific. The staff is friendly too!

STARING UP AT THEM DURING A MASSAGE IS SO BRIGHT IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I NEED TO BARF) This is a great 24 hour planet fitness and it's next to a 24 hour WinCo. It gets very crowded and they are short staffed and the locker room is very tiny. The showers are nice though!

I've been using Planet Fitness for 18 months and I'm very pleased with the facilities and my personal results have been great. I've lost 25 lbs and gained muscle. The only thing you need to do is keep showing up.

This is a good gym for the price, but forget going between 4-8 PM: too many people and you'll have to wait to use weights. It's terribly dark in the parking lot at night, and as a woman, I don't feel safe going at night alone. There are lights in the parking lot, but I'm not sure why they don't turn them on...? Come during the day, and it's generally quiet and accessible. Black card amenities are great, but be prepared to be assertive in asking to use them, as the staff is frequently preoccupied with who knows what, so you have to work a bit get their attention.

This is a great gym experience for the casual gym person. I am dealing with an injury post 21 leg surgeries. They have a nice mix of machines, treadmills, bikes and free weights. They also have hydro massage, tanning beds and red light therapy. Great if 3-45 lb dumbbells are good for you. Not for the HEAVY lifters. Most of the machines have at least 2 versions. They also have a nice round of machines for a quick 20-30 min full body workout. Plus they are open 24 hours and 365 days with only limited hours on Major holidays. Yes i have gone in at 2am and they are open. You can't beat the price. $10-$20 a month depending on if you want the massages and tanning option. With my $20 a month I get it all plus I can bring a friend for free when ever I want.
