Tremendous experiences. The Tao Healing Center will assist you reach both physical and spiritual health. Frustration comes first, but results are promising, and nearly immediate. For my case I joined to cure my rounded neck and digestive problems. The day-long sessions were overwhelming and somewhat stress-inducing, but the results were indeed rewarding. The place makes miracles. I strongly recommend it to anyone; from who suffers major health risks, to who seeks spiritual fulfillment.

My home away from home. Came in stressed, fearful, anxious, depressed, suffering from severe symptoms of Crohn's Disease, nursing longtime addictive tendencies, etc etc I could go on and on. After almost two years of regular attendance of classes and retreats, I am becoming the man I have always wanted to be. Not to mention my digestive health is completely "regular"! Come to the center unhappy, I promise you will leave feeling better, regardless of your ailment. The Tao Center focuses on a different type of yoga - easy to follow and relentlessly successful. Call or come by. You will not regret it!

This is a great place for any kind of personal progress be it physical healing or just strengthening physically, emotionally and/or mentally. They work on the total person and are most concerned with what it is you individually need. Master Chun Shim is caring and gives individual attention and guidance to people at the level they are ready for. The rest of the staff are also caring and so friendly. Try it at least once and then decide for yourself. I've been a member for 3 years.

The instructor there takes care of each member of the center. They had such a bright energy. I could see happiness in their eyes. The center has strong connection with the community. I have never seen a yoga center helping the community like that. I strongly recommend everyone to join!

Have attended several classes hear. I like the variety and especially appreciate the focus on physical healing. I always feel like I have really done something good for myself when I leave.
I really enjoy the community atmosphere with class ending in a "tea time" with sharing of our class experience.
I would recommend the Tao Center to anyone who is looking for self improvement in body, mind and spirit. A must!
