Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We visited here from out of town so kids would spend some energy. They have plenty for them to do. Will be visiting on our next visit.
Great way to burn energy! This is a clean and well kept location. Definitely the best trampoline park in the area.
Really cool place for kids. Has a shirt special for spring break this week and next week. Lots of bouncy fun for the kids. Very friendly staff. They go by the hour for price and they offer military discounts. It is in an industrial park type of area, but not to hard to find, especially with Google maps.
Great place to take the kids to burn off some energy if they are a bit hyper like my son he had a blast. You get a pair of slip resistant socks as well.
Great place for kids to play and have birthday parties. The pizza and nachos are fresh and yummy. The only down side is, it takes way too long to check in kids for birthday parties, even if they have the waiver signed in advance. Perhaps a more efficient system like Urban Air would make sense.
We went to Elevate to celebrate my 4 year olds birthday. I really was a bit worried that it would be geared to an older crowd. Thankfully, I was totally wrong. This place is good for ALL ages. From kids to grown up, we a had a phenomenal time. The staff was friendly and did a great job of supervising to make sure people had fun, but safely. We really had a blast and I can't wait to go back. Although... I have a feeling I am going to be pretty dang sore tomorrow.
We went during the week, on a Monday around 1:00 there was literally only 3 other families there. We basically had the whole place to our self! It was perfect for my 2 grand children ages 1 and 3.
Really fun and good place to take the family or plan a birthday party. They offer multiple activities and areas to use. Huge multi area trampoline section, on the opposite side, cargo nets and different style ladders to climb on or swing and foam pits underneath to catch anyone that falls. Also, you can play trampoline basketball and dodgeball which seemed to be popular. There is a specific section for younger children to play at which is nice. The process of color coded wristbands for tracking time is efficient. Enjoy a bite to eat or get a drink from the snack bar. It can get crowded quickly but well worth the fun.

I've come in right as they open to see a thin layer of dust on top of some of the trampolines so they definitely are not cleaning every day.

This place was fun. I thought it a bit pricey for an hour and a lil packed. My son was 12, he was not overly impressed.

We just came here for our sons birthday, this place is very nice. Very clean upon entering. We paid for 2 hours and that goes quick when your having some much fun jumping around on trampolines! Only downside is one restroom. You do have to pay for their socks, which basically have grippers on the bottom of them to help you not slip. And we didn't order any food but we overheard some people complaining about the pizza they ordered. But we will definitely come back to jump!

This is a great place to take the kids in the summertime Heat. The prices are reasonable. Less than $20.00 for 2 kids for 1hour. The kids spend an hour and they're Warn out the rest of the day. The snack bar is nice and there are benches for the adults to watch the kids.

My family had a great time however, there is a swing activity that has exposed metal that needs to be covered. As my son was playing on the attraction one of the swings came back and hit him on the head causing his head to bleed quite a bit. I was told by staff that this is a known problem and it needs to be fixed. Just making families sign waivers of liability is not a responsible way to keep kids safe.

I took my daughter here for her birthday. It was nice to go to a trampoline park that didnt smell strait up like feet for once. This place is clean and the staff was very friendly.

I have been to elevated many times and my son always has a blast but this time we went there was no fun at all we were pretty much followed around by the team member by the name of Kerrie where ever the boys went there she was telling them not to do something i watched in a amazement has other children did the same thing my boys did but she did not tell them anything!! We went to celebrate a birthday and I was so close to complaining to the manager about her the other parents that were with me were just as upset as me ! I dont know if she is new or what but the kids were actually afraid to have fun after she constantly told them not to do something i watch carefully and when the boys did things that isnt aloud I tell them!!! May have to find a new place to jump
My kids love this place! They always have a lot of fun here. The food isn't the best but it's very convenient.
This place is awesome, family friendly. They had the best egg hunt for 0-7 years old. I take my kids here 3-4 times a week as a stay home patient.
My kids had a blast!!! Very nice staff and plenty of space for the kids to burn off some energy. I got a great offer on Groupon. Will definitely bring my kids back soon.
The kids had a lot of fun,if they were doing survey I'm sure it would be 5 stars. But I'm doing it, don't take your kids if they are not caught up on ALL of their vaccinations!!! This place has the most nasty disgusting filthy eating/ table area I have ever seen in my life. No one wipes sweeps or mops at all all day. There's layers on top of layers of stickiness, crumbs all over the place. Overflowing trash Ben's. And there's no parking.
The atmosphere is inviting, excellent customer service and an open play floor! You can easily traverse the play areas, the staff is extremely helpful, I will be coming here over SkyZone!
Don't waste your time or money. Employees are rude, completely unhelpful. Go to jump street or another place. They are a joke.

Was very impressed with the hospitality and how clean this establishment is. There is less people during the day, but gets crowded in the late evening. Prices are a bit less than SkyZone. The birthday accommodation are also nice and inexpensive. Parking is very limited and hard to get when it begins to get crowded.
My daughter loves this place. She really enjoys toddler time and the kiddie court. Great addition to the Goodyear area. Staff are friendly and the place is always clean! Lots of fun activities for all ages.

Quick check in, smiling staff. Smells and looks clean. Music not too loud. There are plugs for electronics also! Great for all ages. There are even special needs hours and pricing! Homeschooling too. Toddlers, no problem, there is an area for them as well. Impressed.
This place is awesome and toddler time odds a great affordable place to bring my little. The only thing I would like to see improved is the cleanliness. The trampolines always look dirty (visible dirt and pieces of foam) also cleaning out the pits and replacing some of the foam would be nice
