Good people, good coaches. Fun atmosphere..I attended this box for a gymnastics course 2 weeks ago. So no familiarity with membership or the culture. But it was your standard CrossFit box with possibly a side of ninja warrior added in.... more

Good place.Great gym with weight and cardio machines that will fit anyone's routine. Open 24/7 for easy access. It's never been too crowded when I have been there. Mike and Mitch are great guys and fun to work with.... more
Very disorganized management. The classes have no direction or input. If you miss more than 1 class you can't make it up but you'll still pay the $20 for that hour. I've been double billed so watch your bank statements.... more
