I still love going to these classes; they are challenging yet fun and the atmosphere is calm, safe and inviting. A good workout for body and soul :). I've been a member, taken breaks doing other things, like yoga and running, tried other places to work out in the city, tried to find a replica of what The Bar Method offers, but there is nothing else like it.... more
