I signed up with Core Fitness back in August, Frank was my trainer. I absolutely loved that he started me out with work outs that I could get thru and not be afraid to push harder. As my work outs got more challenging Frank never let me stop he believed in me, encouraged and chanted to keep pushing and reminded me that I could do it and not give up.... more
