OM GROWN YOGA & TEA BARI started practicing yoga while I was pregnant with my daughter. After she was born, my practice ended. There was never any time. I took the yoga training at OM Grown Yoga so that I could practice at home; but most importantly, I wanted to practicing safely.... more
