SoulCycle West 92nd StreetHave to give a shout out to the Asst Mngr Nick. It had been a while since I rode and I was standing there staring at my bike hoping it would all come back, when Nick offered to help and got me all set up for a good return ride! He wasn't even working, was just there to spin himself, but still went above and beyond.... more
A Great Way to Start the Day.Love this soul cycle location and facility! It is super convenient for me because my work is only a couple blocks away so I am able to come here early before work, workout, shower and then go straight to work from there! The facility have showers, hair dryers, makeup stations, towels shampoo, face wash, razors everything you need to walk out refreshed and feel good about your workout! There is also enough showers and room so there is no enormous line to wait for a shower like how I experienced in a weekly basis at the Bryant Park studio; where you raced to get a shower or had to skip stretching to get a shower in a reasonable amount of time.... more

The shoes you borrow for the class smell awful!!! I've been to a couple of locations and they are all great. It was just the shoes that ruined the whole experience because they literally smell like and dirty armpit or mop.... more

Classes are great but one of the blonde tall staff was very rude and is missing the soulcycle positive culture. Very pushy and not helpful and always has a scowl.on her face. I come here for positivity in a fast paced city, not to be bullied by a woman who is missing the point why people go to soulcycle.... more

Great staff and incredibly clean, but men's locker room is a closet; with only 2 showers and no space to change..This studio is right off the F train; and somewhat close to the 6 train.... more

Got here BEFORE they closed to buy a gift card and got turned away by the receptionist..Its a good place but you better get your spot in advance. Its always busy..Small studio on upper west side; but because it is one of the original locations gets great instructors.... more
The workouts here are definitely no joke!.Cool.Strong studio with friendly and attentive staff. Only drawback is the small space dedicated to lockers and showers. Equinox could definitely invest more in the locations footprint.... more
love this location and the energy here such good vibes!!!.Make sure you know this is UNSQ not 19th Street. This is one of the original studios. Even though it's not the biggest in terms of space; or locker room it gets really good instructors because of its central location.... more
