CKO Kickboxing Sheepshead BayFront desk is not the greatest here and the trainers are very inconsistent. Only if owners Megan or Matt are around is anyone on their best behavior. Most trainers do not account for proper stretching in their workout because they just want to get out of there ASAP, and I've actually been asked to leave because I was stretching after the class ended.... more
