CKO workouts are great, they are intense and super efficient when consistent however Bayridge site is falling apart. I was super disappointed after being a member for over 2 years that when my work scheduled changed and I couldn't keep up with the class schedule nor payments, cko bayridge was not willing to close my account.... more
Always enjoyed Pats and Jess classes a lot! I love the songs they would put for the workouts, it will def hype you. They will always correct you if you doing anything wrong and if not they will push you to your limit! Its a shame wont be able to join their classes anymore since my commute has changed a lot, but I recommend this CKO.... more
Front desk is not the greatest here and the trainers are very inconsistent. Only if owners Megan or Matt are around is anyone on their best behavior. Most trainers do not account for proper stretching in their workout because they just want to get out of there ASAP, and I've actually been asked to leave because I was stretching after the class ended.... more
First time there and I felt like the instructor needed a routine we were free lancing and in order for customers to become clients we need to see and feel improvement pls have instructors work on their routine and music arrangement.... more
This place is awesome. I went there for the first time last Wednesday to the 7:30pm class. The people that work there are friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The instructor took the time to walk around the room and give everyone tips to help them out.... more
