I can't even express how much this studio has changed my life for the better. What wonderful people the instructors are and since it is a small intimate studio, you make friends with many of the attendees too! So many of the instructors have been so warm and welcoming and it makes me feel so at home and loved! Sara Peters, Jessi Joy, and Crystal all have such warm souls! I also love the variety offered here! I originally came for Ann's Pilates class , but have ventured out to try so many other classes like hip hop hot yoga, Just Core, Kundalini, Yin styles, kettlebells --seriously, I can't believe the options and it keeps things super fresh and fun! I end up coming 3-5 times a week! I went from couch potato/desk worker to now having a bit of a six pack hahaha I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to have this studio in my life and am so sad to think of the day when we leave Bloomington and I'll have to part ways with Ekah .... more
