Highland YogaStarted doing Yoga to help aid in my flexibility for weightlifting and help with my back. So far, I have been super pleased with the instructors, the spaces, and the sequencing. Yes, it is similar, BUT I, personally, like the consistency, because, as a beginner, I can get more practice in those poses.... more
This is fast paced power yoga. It could be overwhelming to new yoga practitioners, but it is truly an all-in-one workout: cardio, bodyweight strength, stretching, and core. The instructors are nice and cue well for a general acheivement of the poses.... more
