Silver sneakers godsend I am weaker than I thought so it is a great way to crawl back and cost 0 dollars. The senior yoga and tai chi sessions are rejuvenating. I get sick every time I start working out here.... more
LA fitness is a great gym period. They have plenty of machines, dead weights and strap machines, rowing machines and all the cardio stuff like the treadmills and elipticals. They have plenty of classes which I have not tried.... more
the people are nice and they stay out of your way and there is a variety of equipment.. First off I will say the gym is nice. Good equipment. Locker rooms are decent. Nice sized sauna.... more
