Have gone to Margaret's Circuit Rowing class a few times now and I am addicted. She is so focused on form which has always been my issue when I get tired.... The class is a challenging but fun with the addition of the team-based races! Great class!!.... more
one of my favorite studios in the area, the instructors are awesome.. Word of wisdom: Never underestimate taking a class at Pilate Plus!!! It's definitely not your average Pilates studio, after all it's "Lagree", In my own words, Lagree means "hardcore/challenging/I can barely do it" :) I love Pilate Plus and it's honestly one of the most challenging core workout I have ever done! I really get sore pretty much after each class and feel like I REALLY had a workout! I have tried other Pilates studios and was NEVER this challenged physically! Some instructors are harder than others and some are more attentive than others too.... more

Please add a water refill station, workout was great. This pilates studio was designed beautifully and combined with their amazing staff you will leave feeling awesome! You will have the best pilates experience in LA here!... more
I'm thrilled this great club is within walking distance of my home. The facility is super clean and well organized. The machines are very well taken care of as well as the other equipment-bosu ball, yoga mats, free weights-there are even little knee pads in case you have sensitive knees.... more

I came to Pilates Plus when I was in fairly good body and mind condition. I got an Incredible Work Out. Sweating, using muscles, arms, legs, etc. When I left, I was drenched from the workout BUT I felt Magnificent! That was several years ago and I would love to get back into the shape I was then or better.... more
This place seems to be out of business. Their website is virus-ridden and their location seems non-existant.. Life changing experience. I have been working with my Pilates instructor Linda and massage specialist Cole and they are fantastic.... more
