Will always recommend this place so relaxing.Just had the most amazing class with Amanda! I feel fantastic and opened up! This Girl totally makes this wellness studio the place to go! I'm visiting in Pheonix for 5 days so I've taken two classes here! Both were great! But Amanda is my fav so far! Thanks for a wonderful experience Amanda! I went today for 5:30 yoga class I guess it's every Thursday and Tuesday from what I was told by the instructorshe went above and beyond from what I was expecting she had her own personal touch to the class it went by so fast because I was enjoying myself that I wish it didn't end it's a little tricky to get there just because of traffic but it's so worth it especially for me since I live in South Phoenix and it's difficult for me to find a good class the facilities were nice the room we were in was clean I very much enjoyed the atmosphere I'm definitely going to come back to anyone looking for a good yoga class with a good instructor that challenges you but yet keeps it free spirited this is the one.... more
