I tried this place because they had a good Groupon deal. Mistake! The deal was for three months, I quit after a month. The coaches don't review movements with beginners . I see so many people doing incorrect movements and the coaches ignore them.... more
Great basic gym.A really efficient, fun, high energy way to get an intense workout in under an hour. I previously went to Mountainside Fitness and took advantage of their PPZ classes which are similar, but TruHIT has perfected this concept.... more
