OTP Scottsdale is awesome. The front staff is very friendly and inviting every morning without fail. The instructors are very accommodating and personable as well.. What a great workout! I never had any issues with the Coaches/equipment in here everything was excellent, went fine and i was very happy till i had an injury and requested for Freeze from Nov 21 or Nov 22, 2019 but they still charged me all through March 2020 and not refunding my money and ended up saying Freeze updates are not in there system.... more
