I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Leisha Knight here at Mountain Brook Yoga! The owner, Jimi, is just wonderful and so kind. I know they are revamping their class offerings Summer 2017 for the upcoming season to include some Intermediate Vinyasa classes, as well as some creative Dance Fusion and other Fusion classes that are FABULOUS!
