A grungy but very functional gym that specializes in boxing. There is also a workout area and several small boutique Studios within the facility. One of the Studios using the space was offering a boxing class to people with Parkinson's disease. It was good to see that people with this debilitating disease have a space to work on their Mobility.

Encinitas Boxing will change your life! The classes, instructors and staff are all amazing and make you want to keep coming back for more. I especially love the Muay Thai classes with Marshall. He is a very knowledgeable instructor and his classes are always fun and challenging. I only wish I had started coming to this gym sooner. If you're thinking about trying a class- do it, you won't regret it!
Great boxing classes, both cardio and technique. They also have sparring and private classes with Mike, Trent, and Marty, all of whom are very qualified. Great facilities, you will get a great workout and learn technique! Easy parking, but the lot gets crowded at peak hours. Highly recommended!!

Awesome gym! Love all their classes, it's such a great workout and the time flies by (especially with the music bumping). Friendly people, and good instructors that are always mixing up the workout and helping with proper boxing form. Happy I found this place!

I have 2 sisters that also have a membership here. I write on behalf of my siblings when I say that Encinitas Boxing and Fitness is fantastic! The quality of the trainers is superb. Mike, the head boxing trainer is a master expert instructor, and his instruction, style, and motivation are second to none! Trainers Ryan (kickboxing), Alex (kickboxing), and Cody(boxing) are also experts in their respective fields and loads of fun. All the trainers at Encinitas Boxing and Fitness have years of experience that they bring to each class. They make the classes challenging yet fun! You can be assured that every class will make you sweat, learn, and love boxing and kickboxing! Each class incorporates cardio and strength building exercises, speed / mitt work, and heavy bag work. If you're looking to stay in shape, then there's not better way to do it than to do the classes here. Every friend I've brought here has fallen in love with boxing. The incredible instructors and trainers, the positive atmosphere and motivational environment, the multitude of equipment and punching bags, and the boxing ring all make Encinitas Boxing and Fitness to be one of the best boxing gyms in San Diego county.
