I almost don't want to review this place, for fear my favorite pilates instructor Gudbjorg will become too busy with new clients! I've been wandering around from pilates studio to pilates studio for years -- but consider "RTL" as my fitness home! Classes are taught by intelligent instructors who motivate you. I've already recommended friends to take classes as well.
If you've ever felt lost or misguided during a pilates class (especially reformer), try taking one of Emma's classes. You'll feel more in control of your body than you thought possible.
(+) The studio isn't big, but it's clean and very well maintained.
The instructors are very responsive to my questions, and the studio is always clean. Definitely a great place to have your Pilates classes! :)

I love this pilates/ barre studio. Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, and great workout! Definitely will be a part of my weekly routine.

I rate Return to life Center a high score of 5 stars. the instructor's are all great and the staff are also wonderful, my favorite instructor name is Cindy, Cindy is a wonderful instructor, showed me the correct way of Palates, she also have hummer with her which made me feel more comfortable working my muscles without fear of hurting myself since this was the first time for me doing Palates. The staff on is Carlos, Carlos is wonderful always had a smile when I first entered through the door for my classes.. Carlos is willing to work with you and your every needs. He is such a delight that I felt like I can talk and ask him anything. I am happy I had to opportunity to have these two people in my life and yes I am feeling much better and I now don't have that belly that was in my way when I first started.. my belly is getting smaller. :)
I bought a groupon deal to try Pilates for first time and it's only 2 blocks away from my job. It's a gem hiding in that old ugly building. Wonderful instructor, amazing class, chic place. Very well maintained & clean. Scheduling class is really easy over the phone. I love the fact they offer free towels & yoga mats 2 less things to carry. After class everyone clean there mat for the next class. Overall I strongly recommend this place.

I LOVE this studio. I started here on a groupon and have only done the mat classes. It's very well kept and all the best equipment. I've tried a few of the instructors - all are very knowledgable and attentive. I love that they come around and adjust posture or technique, even with a full class. Classes only allow up to 15 people but a few of my classes have only had 5-6 people at the after 5pm classes. The instructors will come around and bring you any of the necessary equipment so no class time is wasted prepping.
Wonderful instructors for both mat and equipment Pilates classes and barre classes in a clean spacious studio. I've taken Pilates and barre classes in several places; independent studios, gym clubs, and franchise barre studios and none were as good as RTL Center. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive which comes through in their explanations during exercises, reminders about of proper form, individual corrections and variations to accommodate different skill levels or injuries. The class sizes are limited to ensure all students have sufficient space and can be seen by the instructor. The studio is clean and comfortable with mats, equipment and props that are well kept.
