Jvonne is a dedicated and hands on instructor with our me and our football team
The gym is the real deal and so is the staff
I've watched this gym develop real nicely since the summer of 2017 and got a chance to meet the medical team as they've developed.
Hope that the New York sharks make P.R.O Edge their home

Amazing men and leaders running the show! Truly has a heart out for the young men that they train! Would recommend them to anyone that needs Lineman training and performance training!
